Saving the plants from the brink of extinction...

If our home gets hotter than it is now, there is a higher risk of many plants and trees dying

to the immense heatwaves, taking these plants close to the edge to extinction.

The Doomsday Vault is a colossal seed storage containing many species of plant in a underground facility to preserve them from a major catastrophe.

So what?

Our planet is heating up and starting to melt the cold surroundings of this vault in the Arctic. Flooding is now a major concern for this vault as the ice melting rises the sea levels. If this happens the sea could ruin the seeds. Therefore, plants will no longer have a chance to be saved from the brink.

Now what?

If you help us in our quest to lower carbon emissions, plants will repopulate around the globe, certain plants giving us resources like carrots or potatoes, while others used for gardens like poppies or sunflowers.
